I have overseen the creative direction of more than 45 event personas. This integrated strategy has resulted in an average of 33% first-time attendees at each semi-annual conference for more than 10 years running. I am also instrumental in the writing and positioning of session content, the target audience reach plan, and implementation of all promotions and communications.

The monthly printed flipCHART newsletter is CHART’s most important high-touch way to connect with members. I have personally written and have been the creative director for more than 167 consecutive issues, as of January of 2022.
The twice-per-month Training Flash E-newsletter provides more than 4,000 hospitality industry professionals a blast of quick inspiration through thought-leadership blogs from the best and brightest in hospitality training. I have written more than 300 blogs and articles for CHART and its members, which have resulted in more than 183,000 lifetime views.
LEARNING LEGACY FUND
I am pleased to be a Founding Donor and identity creator of the Learning Legacy Fund, a professional development grant for promising hospitality trainers that was launched in 2010 and has given out more than $30,000.
